Phase 1: Inquiry
During this phase, the Starrs Aligned team works with you to develop a deep understanding of your needs and objectives. We ask lots of questions, review materials, and conduct comprehensive, rigorous research and analysis. Specific activities and deliverables can include:

Phase 2: Ideation

Phase 3: Implementation
During this phase, the Starrs Aligned team is your implementation partner. Based on your needs and capabilities, this can span a spectrum of involvement—from direct execution to a guiding, consultative role supporting your team as well as other partners. Coaching, teaching, and training
